NEWPORT RENOVATION
RSD undertook a long renovation of our house in Newport which involved reconstructing the entire interior plus external rendering, painting and roof repairs.

I was able to work with the extremely knowledgeable team together with the super organised Phil Dodd from RSD Constructions on one of my recent renovation projects. The job required a Class 2 builder, which meant I couldn’t work with my usual team. Scary thought! I interviewed a few building companies and RSD definitely shone through!
Tim was all over the initial development process which made such a huge difference. He was super informed and kept the job pushing through all the red tape that is now required. Once we were off the ground, Phil stepped in and we worked closely together on all aspects of the job from steel beams to sinks, kitchen layouts to lightning, flooring choices, etc. Nothing was too hard for Phil throughout the entirety of the project – always responsive at any hour of the day. It was a delight working with Phil.
