Project consists of complete internal strip out of a 1970s built full brick and concrete home. The internal feature staircase has been removed and relocated. A lift servicing the three floors has been cut into the slab. New kitchens, bathrooms, flooring have been installed while all finished have been carefully considered. Externally the roof has been replaced while a number of new windows have been installed with fire drenchers & external painting.
